MEMBERSHIP POLICIES

MEMBERSHIP POLICIES

 1. Booking & Attendance


  • All classes must be booked at least 7 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before class starts.
  • No-shows:
  • Package holders (Drop-In, 10-Pack, 2x/week): the session will be deducted.
  • Unlimited members: late cancel/no-show will result in a $10 fee.
  • Mobile Gym Weather Policy: If class is canceled due to rain or unsafe conditions, no sessions will be lost. Classes may be rescheduled.


2. Memberships & Cancellations


  • Memberships are billed through ZenPlanner.
  • Memberships do not expire but require a call/email to cancel.
  • Cancellation requires 14 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
  • Membership pauses (holds) may be allowed for medical/injury or other reasonable circumstances. Requests must be submitted in writing.


3. Package Expirations


  • Drop-In Pass: Expires 7 days from purchase.
  • 10-Pack: Expires 60 days (2 months) from purchase.
  • Seasonal Athlete Training (Ignition Program): Expires at the end of the registered season. Athletes must re-enroll each season.


4. Refunds


  • Refunds are not guaranteed but may be issued under special circumstances (injury, relocation, or other reasonable situations). Phase 0 reserves the right to review each case individually.


5. Youth Athletes


  • Athletes under 18 must be registered by a parent/guardian.
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for the account, payments, and scheduling.


6. General Rules


  • Respect your coach, teammates, and the process.
  • Show up ready to train. Excuses don’t count — the work does.

 Information We Collect


  • Name, email, phone, address, payment info when creating a ZenPlanner account.
  • Parent/guardian info for youth athletes under 18.


How We Use Your Info


  • To schedule classes, manage memberships, process payments.
  • To send confirmations, reminders, or important updates.
  • To send announcements about Phase 0 programs.


Data Protection


  • All information is securely managed through ZenPlanner’s system.
  • We do not sell or share your information with outside companies.


Youth Privacy


  • Minors under 18 cannot register themselves. Parent/guardian must register.


Your Rights

  • You may request updates/corrections to your info at any time.
  • You may opt out of non-essential emails by contacting us directly.
