Before Greatness, There's Groundwork

Build stronger, faster, more confident athletes.

The Phase 0 IGNITE System trains speed, agility, coordination, and strength with purpose.

Groups are divided by age, so every athlete gets pushed the right way, safely.


IGNITE builds discipline, confidence, and resilience. Skills that last way beyond the game. Each session focuses on clean movement, accountability, and progress. We train movement first, then power, then speed. Confidence sticks for life.

Flame ( Ages 15+)


Tuesday 7:00 PM–8:00 PM

Thursday 7:00 PM–8:00 PM

Saturday 8:30 AM–9:30 AM


Fire (Ages 12–15)


Tuesday 6:00 PM–7:00 PM

Thursday 6:00 PM–7:00 PM

Saturday 12:45 PM–1:45 PM


Fuel (Ages 9–12)


Tuesday 5:00 PM–5:50 PM

Sparks (Ages 6–9)
