Before Greatness, There's Groundwork

Program Overview

Phase 0 Adult Group Training is designed for men and women ready to train with focus, intensity, and consistency. This isn’t a gym where you swipe a card and figure it out. Every class is coached, structured, and purpose-driven — building strength, conditioning, and lasting change. When you step into class, you step into a system that combines energy, accountability, and progress that pushes you harder than you would push yourself alone. 


Each workout is built around high-energy circuits using dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, ropes, sleds, and bodyweight. Music fuels the pace, coaching pushes you deeper, and consistency builds real results. You’ll move better, feel stronger, and carry more confidence into life outside the gym. Our environment is built on community, not competition. 


Everyone is on the same journey — pushing through challenges and holding each other accountable. Progress is contagious here. Phase 0 is about more than fitness. It’s about setting a standard for yourself — proving you can stay committed and pushing past limits to find the next version of you.

Class Schedule

Morning Sessions


- Monday – 5:15 AM to 6:15 AM

- Wednesday – 5:15 AM to 6:15 AM

- Friday – 5:15 AM to 6:15 AM

- Saturday – 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM


Evening Sessions


- Monday – 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM

- Wednesday – 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM

- Friday – 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM

What to Bring


- Yoga/exercise mat (for floor & core work)

- Water bottle (stay hydrated)

- Sweat towel

- Positive energy + readiness to work


What We Provide


- All other equipment (weights, bands, ropes, sled, etc.)

- Structured workouts led by your coach
