All bookings are made through our ZenPlanner system via the website or app. Every participant must reserve their spot before attending.
Classes must be booked at least 7 hours in advance so the coach can plan accordingly.
Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before class starts to avoid losing a session.
If a class is canceled due to weather, emergencies, or coach availability, no sessions are lost. We either reschedule or credit your account.
We offer monthly memberships as well as class packages. Please visit our website for more information on pricing.
Safety always comes first. Outdoor classes may be canceled, delayed, or moved indoors depending on the situation. If this happens:
Phase 0 is a mobile-first gym. Sessions are typically outdoors, with indoor space available during set seasonal hours. Location details are always posted on the schedule.
Yes. Memberships can be paused in cases of injury, travel, or other special circumstances. Please provide notice and we’ll work with you.
Call or email us directly. Memberships do not expire automatically — cancellation must be confirmed.
Refunds are only given under special, reasonable circumstances (for example: extended injury, family emergencies).
No refunds are given for missed sessions or late cancellations. Our system keeps things fair for everyone.
No. Once a season begins, athlete training packages are non-refundable.
Sparks and Fuel trains once per week while Fire and Flames trains twice per week during the 8-week season.
All athlete packages end with the season. A new registration is required for the next season.
Parents/guardians must register any athlete under 18.
